frustration!!!

Well, I tried to log on to the ATT wireless web site to cancel the $8 I pay per month to not use the access I have to the internet on my phone. I forgot my password. When I tried to sign in to get my password sent to me, it told me I did not exist as a member. When I tried to sign up as a new member, it told me I did exist & took me to the login screen. After about 20 tries at this, I then tried to call the fully automated help line, which didn’t help at all. After about 20 minutes of playing around, trying these different options several more times and wanting to throw the computer out the window I decided to give up.
