Well, I was a bad daddy today. Julia had tball team pictures at 10:15 this morning and a game at noon. Carie was teaching a class so I was managing and doing pictures myself today. Today was an AWESOME day weather-wise. Not a cloud in the sky and about 72 degress for a high.
So, after Carie left for her class, I went into the bathroom to complete all 3 S’s. Afterwards, we hurridly got dressed and headed over to pictures. After pictures, we went to 7-11 to get water and a big gulp and then headed to Julia’s game. One of the mom’s volunteered to watch Logan and ended up holding him for the entire game. He was great, our team played great, so everything seems hunky dory right?
NO! I forgot to wear a hat today and did not think to put on sun screen since it was cooler, so you can just imagine how red my chrome dome and face is right now! 
BUTT, the worst part is that even tho we have baby sunscreen for Logan I DID NOT THINK to put any on him or a hat. So, with the mom holding him for most of the hour, unfortuntley Logan has a little bit of sunburn on his left forearm and on the top and back of his head.
He is asleep now for the night and it does not seem to be bothering him. We’ll see how he feels in the morning. I went to Giant and bought some Aloe Vera ( WITH cucumber extract ) tonight just in case.
It would have only taken me 5 minutes to slap the sunblock on his head and arms, or to bring an umbrella for him to sit under, but I did NEITHER.
So, if you excuse me I am going to go and bang my head off of the wall a few more times.
